This hands-on practical workshop is design for the small business user who would like to make use of Microsoft Excel to create professional, effective and efficient customer quotes and invoices. Attendees should have at least a basic understanding of the software and will be given the opportunity to develop skills in the creation of impressive customer-focused documents. The Workshop will see attendees working through a set of realistic exercises to build skill and understanding as well as having the opportunity to discuss their specific requirements and understand how these can be met using Microsoft Excel.
